We build your project module wise. After each module is built, mapped to its functional specifications, we test the module for its usability and performance then upload this module for your testing and critique.
We listen carefully to your critique. Then using the functional specifications as a reference we identify functional errors (if any) and fix them immediately.
If you have suggestions that will add value to the module, but were not specified in the original functional specifications, we will together take a call on whether these can be implemented 'Cost free' OR whether there will be an impact on 'Time and Costs'. When we’ve agreed, we’ll go ahead and deal with this issue(s).

2. Module integration
After your approval on each module, we then integrate the module to gradually form your application. At each stage of module integration we test the application’s usability and performance. Once complete we release this for your testing and critique.

3. Deploy and maintain
Once we’ve completed module integration and testing on our test servers, we deploy the production quality application on your hosting server and watch the application for a while in parallel with you.
From the date when your project goes live on your hosting server we give you ‘Application Maintenance’ free of cost for six months. A lot of codespec maintenance is automated.
Our CMS system is capable of maintaining entire website.‘Content’ maintenance is largely done by you. ‘Content’ maintenance really requires little or no intervention from us.
